2. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made online via the official website or authorized booking channels.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an acknowledgment via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

You must provide accurate details like name, address, contact number, date & time of service.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices may vary depending on the service type, location, and design complexity.

You may be required to pay a booking advance to confirm the slot.

The balance must be paid before or at the time of the service.

Accepted payment modes: UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other methods mentioned on the site.

4. Service Assurance

We only work with pre-verified, skilled artists trained under our standard quality checks.

We strive to ensure a punctual, hygienic, and professional mehendi experience.

If you're not satisfied, you must raise a complaint within 12 hours of service completion.

5. Customer Obligations

Ensure the artist's safety and comfort during home visits.

Avoid last-minute location/time changes. Such changes are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Disclose any skin allergies or sensitivities to the artist before application.

6. Artist Behavior & Responsibility

Artists are expected to behave professionally, maintain hygiene, and follow the scheduled timing.

If any artist is reported for misconduct, we will investigate and may permanently remove them from our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mehendiwale.in is a facilitator and does not take direct responsibility for issues arising from artist behavior or mehendi reactions.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services

8. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to reject bookings, reschedule appointments, or remove users or artists who violate policies or behave inappropriately.

We may update or revise these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
