Cancellation & Refund Policy – Mehendiwale.in

At Mehendiwale.in, we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to both customers and artists. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

1. Customer Cancellation

72+ Hours Before Appointment:
Full refund of any advance paid (after deducting minimal platform/transaction charges, if applicable).

Within 72 Hours of Appointment:
Advance amount is non-refundable, as the artist is already scheduled and prepared.

2. Rescheduling a Booking

You may reschedule your booking once at least 12 hours before the service time, subject to artist availability.

Last-minute rescheduling (under 12 hours) may not be guaranteed and could be treated as a cancellation.

3. Artist Cancellation / No Show

If your assigned artist cancels or fails to show up:

We will try to assign another verified artist immediately.

If not possible, a 100% refund of your advance will be credited within 3–5 working days.

4. Service Complaints & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us within 12 hours of completion with photos and clear feedback.

We will review the case and:

Offer a partial or full refund depending on the issue.

Offer a discount coupon for future bookings (if applicable).

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 3–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, bank, etc.).

Transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. No Refund Will Be Issued If:

The address provided was incorrect or unreachable.

The client delays or cancels at the last minute.

The customer refuses the service without a valid reason after the artist has reached.
